Buyer beware. This dealership will sell vehicles out from under you. I was interested in a newly listed used vehicle (an SVT Lightning), contacted them for pictures, they sent me one. Contacted them again to send me more, said they would and never did. I went to have the vehicle transferred to Auto Nation South Fort Worth since the service I was getting was terrible and the South Fort Worth store has treated me great. Come to find out they would not transfer it because there were some mechanics that worked at the Frisco store that mentioned that they might want it, service manager advised he would check to see if either were going to buy it. So the employees were offered the vehicle over a customer on a publicly listed vehicle. They had not even committed to buy anything. A day later I was told the mechanics backed away from buying it because it was going to take a ton of work and it was on the lift taken apart. I still told them to transfer it when they were done with repairs or getting it back together. They advised my salesman at the South Fort Worth store that he could pick it up if I wanted it that bad. My salesman sent a rep to pick it up early the next morning and the Frisco store would not let her take it and said a sale was written up the night before (with it still taken apart needing $4k worth of repair), after they said that they would transfer it. Interesting thing was my South Fort Worth rep checked their database to see if a sale was written and there wasn’t t until late in the evening the following day. So this whole ordeal lasted a little over 4 days. Very shady situation with several lies being told to me and will be the last vehicle I will ever consider from the Frisco AutoNation store. The dishonest and unethical business practices rate them with or below a typical used car dealership.
