Review content:
The first time I went to Crawford, they wrapped up my oil change and tire rotation in under an hour, and I was satisfied. The second time, it took just over 4 hours, and came to over $90, which blew my mind. This is more than $20 higher than other nearby shops I have used, including Southern Wake Auto. My take on this shop is that it is a solid choice for real mechanical work, but they are not priced to capture the maintenance market. Ask for a price before you make the trip over to have any routine maintenance done, then shop around a bit- I promise you, it will pay off.
