I have attended this practice for a long time, but with the cuts in staff.... things are horrible. The receptionists are very nice but overworked. The office manager needs to hire additional help or allow the receptionists to do their job and not the jobs of medical asstistants, appt. schedulers and greeters all in one. If there was a better qualified office manager then this would have been realized a long time ago. There is a high turnover because they want more but for less!!! The office environment is ghetto. Watching the staff interact is like watching the movie ""Mean Girls"". The office mgr. speaks to the staff as if they are retarded! Poorly run practice. Are the doctors cutting corners at the expense of their patients to take home more money?? Don't the doctors see that the office manager is underqualified?
