I made an appt to have my AC units serviced in a home that I had recently bought. Previous owners had used One Call, so I decided to try them. Jeff came out and informed me that the house was under a maintenance plan from the previous owners and that this visit would be no charge to me. He also called a plumber to come out that same day to service my hot water heaters, as they were covered under this plan as well! I was thrilled! Jeff went above and beyond in servicing my AC units and explaining things to me. He was very professional and thorough and helped us get our units to be more energy efficient, thus saving us money in the long run. I signed up for another annual maintenance plan with One-Call, as the value is tremendous and the service in phenomenal!
