Replaced torsion springs 10/20/2012

We realized the torsion spring was broken. We called around and found A Quality to be the most honest with their quotes. Leticia was kind and clear with all that was to be done. The technician,Dereck, was prompt, polite and professional. He informed us on the process step by step. The price was the same as they quoted. Dereck was great and went above and beyond. more

Saved me money and gave me solution over the phone 7/11/2012

Leticia helped me right over the phone, saving me time and money. My father recommended this company after being satisfied with their service of his garage door opener a few years ago. I just moved into my first home and found that the portable clicker/fob given by my real estate agent wouldn't open the garage door. When I called in, Leticia answered and willingly said she could help me troubleshoot this right over the phone (and avoid charging me for an on-site visit). I was amazed by this especially in light of the fact that this company had no responsibility to fix this for me since a different company had installed this device. Leticia walked me thru step by step and cheered for me when the flicker worked! It is so rare nowadays that I'm delightfully amazed that a business addressess the customer's needs first. more

Deric and the team at A Quality Garage Door go way beyond anything you would expect in their customer service. I called from Nashville, TN because parts for my one piece door are available only in California. Deric was so helpful in doing research and making recommendations even though this was only a small dollar parts sale for them at best. Friendly, professional and A+ in my book. more
