I had my truck worked on at John's on April 5th, 2013. I was greeted by the owner, John, with a smile and was helped right away. While I waited for my truck to get looked at, I had a fresh cup of coffee with cold creamer! There was a variety of snacks, tea, and coffees available for customers. After the evaluation was complete, Barb told me in-depth what needed to be done and pricing so I was not shocked when I paid. Instead of waiting around all day for my truck to get fixed, John drove me home!! I really appreciated this as I didn't have a ride otherwise. When my truck was finished I got a text, not a call, which I also loved! I was picked up at my house by the owner's son and taken back to the shop. So great. There was an online coupon that I wasn't aware of, but it was applied to my bill! :) I cannot thank John's enough for taking such great care of me and my truck! I would recommended them to ANYONE. Five star, trustworthy service. Loved my experience at John's Autocare. THANK YOU!
