Never Rent Here!!! Worst experience of my life!\r

They are liars and thieves. I rented the unit using the ""free month"" but in order to get that month free you have to pay for 2 months (which i did). However, the guy conveniently was unable to show me the unit until after the contract was signed. Then he told us the "free" truck we had reserved wasn't actually available (even though it was just sitting in the lot). So we had to go get our own truck and bring everything to the unit (because he needed 3-4 hours to clean it) and the unit was SIGNIFICANTLY smaller than advertised. So I told him it wouldn't work, and he said he would take care of everything. It took 6 months to finally get an answer from someone, after I never received my refund, and i was told ""Sorry, you signed the contract...No refunds""
