I brought my vehicle in for a overheating problem. I was told they would charge me $75 dollars to diagnose the problem and that if I did the work there they would wave the diag fee. After about an hour I got a call saying the fan relay was bad and the rest of the system tested ok. About 45 min later I received another call saying that I needed to replace the fans and computer because the relay had shorted everything out which was gonna be a little over $800 Needing my car I agreed to have the work done. When I picked my vehicle up I asked for all the parts back. I had the fans tested and they worked fine. I also called to get a price on the parts and found that they charged me $60 more than I could've got them for. So much for taking that $75 off for diag there just adding it in elsewhere. I plan on contacting the BBB.
