Review content:
Never written a scathing review online in my life, but I felt compelled with Beacon. These guys act so unprofessional, angry, and miserable, I feel sorry for them. But, that's no excuse for how they behave. After emailing Beacon (which online promises a return email in one hour) and getting no response, I called a few days later, got their owner Bob Beniers on the phone and asked a very simple question: ""I'm looking for a quote for a set of jerseys for my team."" Instead of responding with ""Sure, how can I help you?"" he responds with a condescending laugh and lectures me about how dumb a request that was since there are so many types of jerseys, etc. I responded that I in fact emailed him the EXACT jersey mock-up/design with all those specifics, but given his tone I'd be taking my $4,000 request elsewhere. He responded ""Good"" and hung up.\r

Along with the reviews below, there are many other people who have similar experiences, and this was not my first. I've always attributed their embarrassing behavior to ""having a bad day,"" but it's obvious they are just not nice people who don't deserve the respect or business of customers. Life's too short to be that miserable or for that matter to shop at a store where your money goes to people who are not thankful for your business. Go someplace else. Thanks for letting me vent all three of you Citysearch visitors who view this! Made me feel a lot better.
