Review content:
Sound by Design was recommended to me. My experience with them was difficult because the equipment they installed did not function property and I had to continually call and get help. I had them come back out with new equipment. That was 3 days ago and so far, it's working pretty well. I am not as satisfied as I should be.
They installed a TV, Blu-ray DVD, and receiver. David is professional and easy to get a hold of. He always responds and he knows his electronics. However, the functionality of the equipment is not the most reliable or easiest for me to use.

RESPONSE FROM Sound By Design:
Sometimes things are out of our control but we try to do our best to make the customer happy. Mr Cox had problems with his RF sensors being moved around so we suggested that he put in a IR system instead of the RF system. I do believe that this should solve all his problems.
