Horrible service when it comes to a real illness. My wife has had a severe back problem for last three days preventing her from daily functions and work. Dr. Katz was more interested in having her come in for a $15.00 co pay visit so he could write out a prescription for an X-ray. We constantly have to call the office to check on status of tests being done by Englewood Hospital and not one courtesy call from this Dam Dr. or his staff to check on my wife's condition. My wife has been bed ridden since Tuesday afternoon and no results from Dr. Katz yet.\r
We will definitely search for a new family Doctor after this experience. This medical association seems heartless and treat the medical profession as just a way to make a living, the hell with the patients and their illnesses.
