AJR installed Futsiju air conditioning in our home in 2008, unfortunately we have had consistent issues with one unit not cooling, 3 times we had a technician come out, and each time the issue has been a problem with the initial installation,each time we are ensured the problem has been fixed, the unit is refilled with freon, and the unit works fine until the next season. We just turned on our AC, and again, (4th time) the air is not cooling. I am hesitant to call again, since AJR had 3 opportunities to correct the issue. I can't comment on installation and service for standard heating and cooling systems, as far as a ductless system, look for a certified company with experience in ductless systems.
