AJR installed Futsiju air conditioning in our home in 2008, unfortunately we have had consistent issues with one unit not cooling, 3 times we had a technician come out, and each time the issue has been a problem with the initial installation,each time we are ensured the problem has been fixed, the unit is refilled with freon, and the unit works fine until the next season. We just turned on our AC, and again, (4th time) the air is not cooling. I am hesitant to call again, since AJR had 3 opportunities to correct the issue. I can't comment on installation and service for standard heating and cooling systems, as far as a ductless system, look for a certified company with experience in ductless systems. more

If you’re reading this review you are probably having the same dilemma that I had. Let’s face it, repairing or replacing your air conditioner or furnace is expensive. If you’re trying to decide on a reputable company, I would highly recommend A.J.R. Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. It is a major investment and you want to make the right choice. The questions that I had; Do I repair or replace? What brand air-conditioner is reliable and affordable? What company to hire to do the install or repair? Do I replace the furnace also? Am I getting it done for a reasonable price? I had a company come out to repair the unit at first and they were extremely expensive. So I refused to allow them to fix the unit. If I did my homework, the reviews would have let me know that the number one complaint was their pricing was extreme. I went to a big box store and they had a company come out to provide recommendations and estimates. They were a great company but they could not be competitive in their prices because the big box store gets a percentage also. I then went to HomeAdvisor on the web and they submitted four competitors. I researched various reviews on the companies and checked with the Better Business Bureau, I did research on the brand names for air conditioners etc. I narrowed my choices down to two companies and went with A.J.R. Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. This is my testament that I am extremely pleased with the professionalism and experience of the employees. They paid attention to details and aesthetics when they installed the new air-conditioner and furnace. A.J.R. Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. pricing was competitive and I strongly feel a fair price was offered for labor and materials. The bottom line, getting an air-conditioner or furnace repaired or replaced for your home is expensive and you should do your own homework to make a wise decision. So my recommendation is to consider A.J.R. Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. when you make that decision and you can’t go wrong. more
