I went in late on a Sunday and the salesperson spent an hour with me, bringing me multiple pairs of shoes, putting my insoles into each pair, and letting me run outside to try them out. I finally settled on a pair and used them on dirt trails for just under two weeks. Then the right shoe started hurting my foot badly. I took the shoes back in (already brown with the dirt from the trails), and they tried to stretch the shoe out but it didn't work. So they spent another good 30-40 minutes with me trying several other pairs, then let me exchange the shoes and even refunded me the $10 difference. I had the receipt with me but they didn't even ask for it as my purchase was in the computer (so it's a shame the reviewer below had the completely opposite experience). I'll be back when this pair wears out!
Pros: Salespeople spend quality time with you
Cons: You can probably get the same shoes cheaper online
