If you were raised Italian (as I was), this is as close as it comes to grandma's home cooked food! Seriously. It's the best in town!
Ciola's serves old school, authentic Italian food with the family ambience of many wonderful east coast Italian resturants like those found in Little Italy (NYC), the North End (Boston), and other areas well known Italian regions! I've been looking for this kind of Italian food in Austin for 15 years.
My parents came to Austin a few months ago (both are Italian) and wanted to eat at Ciola's 2 of the 3 nights they were here. They is no better endorsement than that!
