From first contact with Danielle, I had locked in a time favorable to my schedule, and confirmed pricing before scheduling. Eddy and Joe showed up early, calling me in advance as requested. These were two "pro's"who knew carpets, knew stains, and the process to recommend cleaning. The process of cleaning was of my choice, with a very attractive price. Eddy and Joe showed significant respect for my property by protecting walls and baseboards during the cleaning process. Thank you Danielle, Eddy, Joe and the whole team of BARR CHEM-DRY!
