I was referred to this company through a few friends so i call around town comparing prices and the way i was treated on the phone. I thought this company was well prepared in giving an Estimate because he asked so many good questions. How many rooms, how much furniture, how many beds, if there was a washer and dryer, etc. Also if i lived on the main floor or upstairs. I told him I had a lot of furniture, 2 bedrooms with 3 beds and many packed boxes. They first sent a wrong sized truck and made me wait for a new one, one guy said he wouldnt charge while i waited although i was charged for that time. It took a while to load, they kept saying how no one at the office told them it would be this much furniture, I assured them they knew with the questions I had been asked. My estimate was that they could for sure get it done within 2 hours, maybe 3 hours. So I went ahead and budgeted for 3 hours to make sure. They took 6 hours moving, I was 9 months pregnant and the total cleaned out our bank account costing us over $600 to move. I will never use them again and will warn people as well, I was so upset i spent the day crying about our move hating it instead of enjoying it. We had no money for 2 weeks because of this, and I am still disappointed in this company.
