Review content:
I waited 4 hours after scheduled arrival. I had not planned on missing more than half a day at work. I moved all the small things to the curb. Only 5 items remained to be moved. My heart was broken when your movers put a ding on my dryer door. I try to take care of my belongings. I usually move everything myself to make sure things do not get damaged. Most likely will move myself next time. Nice boys that helped, but I just don't see the value in hiring help if service is no better than you and your friends can provide. Hope everyone else receives better service and that some day I will be the one receiving caring services. I realize that my move was very small and not a profit maker for your company; but small jobs well done lead to bigger jobs. Right now I can't see the point of moving the majority of my furniture to B'ham if its almost a guarantee that the items will suffer wear and tear on the move. A girl who needs rescuing occasionally and is willing to pay a fair price for great services. Hope this above information can be used constructively for the growth and blessing of your company next year! RESPONSE FROM New Latitude Movers: Ms. Austin,
We appreciate your honest feedback and are terribly sorry that we were not able to serve you better. We certainly strive for perfection with the hopes that if we miss it we get close. In this case we came up short.

For what it's worth, every December 1st we help deliver Christmas trees for Children's Hospital. In years past this has only taken us a couple of hours. This year we were given more trees than usual and it took a lot longer than we expected. This is why our guys were late. Our guys are supposed to call and let our customers know when we are running behind. I apologize if our guys or staff did not call you.
Re: Dryer door. This is something we'll be glad to address. We will call you and get more information. Leaving a customer with damaged goods is not how we do business here.
Again, we are terribly sorry for your poor experience and will do all we can to make it up to you. Thanks again for taking the time to be honest and we hope you'll reconsider your future moves. Take care.
- Chris Walker
