Not pleased at all, I used this company two years ago to move me and I was thoroughly pleased. This time the experience was not so good. The movers were very nice but it took them 6 hours to move the same amount of stuff the same company previously moved in 4 hours. I felt this might have been intentional. I based my moving expenses on my previous experience with your company moving the same amount of merchandise. Secondly my bed was put together incorrectly causing it to be damaged when it collapsed. When I called to inquire about the missing piece, I was dismissed by the person who took my call and I have not received a call back. Although I am sure my honest account of my experience with your company will not help me. Hopefully it will help others. I think you were a better at moving people when you were changes in latitude, and I assure you I will never use your company again.
