Well it could not of happened at a worse time. Our septic tank backed up into our home. so we called around and since it was Christmas Eve, not a lot of companies working, or even willing to come out to help. But, Shannon with Aames Plumbing called us back quickly. We explained our situation and he gave a ballpark price over the phone. He arrived pretty quick, 30 minutes or so, and got out and examined the problem. He asked if it was alright to drive his equipment over certain areas and was very, very efficient and accurate with his diagnosis of the problem. He was able to find the septic tank and start removing a paver sidewalk that had been built over it. He got down to the tank and uncovered the section he needed to remove in order to pump out the tank. He left the area pretty clean considering that it is raining off and on today and everything is muddy and drenched. I would not hesitate to recommend Aames plumbing for anything that I need that is related to plumbing. Thank you Shannon of Aames Plumbing for a great job!!!!
