Watch Aames for lowball pricing only to have it jacked up when on the job. E.G. their $195 septic pumping has many exclusions that will dramatically increase the price, such as having more than 6"" of sludge. A relative MISTAKENLY fell for their low ball service call price, and for a 20 minutes brief plumbing inspection and estimate, the price dramatically rose to $250--with NO work done. more

Well it could not of happened at a worse time. Our septic tank backed up into our home. so we called around and since it was Christmas Eve, not a lot of companies working, or even willing to come out to help. But, Shannon with Aames Plumbing called us back quickly. We explained our situation and he gave a ballpark price over the phone. He arrived pretty quick, 30 minutes or so, and got out and examined the problem. He asked if it was alright to drive his equipment over certain areas and was very, very efficient and accurate with his diagnosis of the problem. He was able to find the septic tank and start removing a paver sidewalk that had been built over it. He got down to the tank and uncovered the section he needed to remove in order to pump out the tank. He left the area pretty clean considering that it is raining off and on today and everything is muddy and drenched. I would not hesitate to recommend Aames plumbing for anything that I need that is related to plumbing. Thank you Shannon of Aames Plumbing for a great job!!!! more

Had an issue with our water heater on a Sunday which stinks to begin with. Warren came right out, accessed the issues, contacted the water heater supplier to check warrenty and picked a new one up- installed the next afternoon. Then we had an issue with the electrical- which was due to the builders, Warren recommeded an electrician he had worked with so we got everything completed. Great Service, Great People- good pricing- will keep them on speed dial and would recommend to anyone. more

This is by far the best service company I've ever used! I had a plumber and A/C tech out here and they were amazing! The office set it up to have them both here at the same time, saving me time. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I just wish they did electrical work because that's the next thing I have to get fixed. Perfect experience! Aames Plumbing and Heating & Air saved me from sweating away!!! I called 3 companies and was told it was at minimum $100.00 just to show up and it would be like 4 days before someone could com out but Aames came the same day!!! They have a $59.00 diag through the website so I was already pleased from the start! And Chris was phenominal! He knew exactly what he was talking about and had my A/C working within an hour of him being there! I will be calling for a water heater next week! more

These guys were very friendly on the phone and really cared about my plumbing problem and the technician was even better!!! How is a mother of 4 supposed to cook dinner for the family when her kitchen sink is backing up?!? They had Ken T at my house in about an hour and 30 min. He unclogged the drain with some kind of machine, he called it a sink machine, and even wiped off the cabinets and the floor where the sink backed up on them. I am so thankful I finally found a reliable and honest plumber that I can depend on. Aames Plumbing will be my plumber for life! I recently called Aames to come and look at my septic system. They told me for a standard pump out it would be $195.00 for a 1000 gallon tank and $295.00 on a 1500 gallon tank. Dustin arrived at my house within the hour and worked the entire day on my system. It turns out I had more problems than I thought, but I did wait 10 years to get it pumped out. He told me I should pump it out every 4-5 years and that would prevent me from having additional work which of course requires additional money. I already set my maintenance pump out up for 4 years from now with Aames! I highly recommend this company and suggest you request Dustin! Pros: Very friendly and knowledgeable technicians more
