Even though I had ordered from them before, they called me, not knowing how to get to my house and complained that it was too far to go with the tip I had included with my order ($4.00), so I said I would give him more money when he got here, which I did (I gave him an additional $5, which made it a $9 tip for a $35 meal). The driver also called when he was on his way because he had trouble finding the house. I have ordered 3 or 4 times before from them and never had this problem. I'd like to keep ordering from them because they have excellent food, but I really think I shouldn't be guilt-tripped into giving a larger tip.
