Review content:
I've dealt with these people for 10 or 15 years and have never had a problem before. The family was always courteous, usually getting me out of some jams at a reasonable cost. Now, something has changed, because the person I talked to on the phone today, was rude and discourteous when I called to find out how much, (just a ballpark figure), it was to change a master cylinder in my son's car. It was like he had little or no interest in being of help. He asked some questions about things I didn't exactly know the answer to, but was willing to call back to with the answers, but never got the chance to mention that I would. He just kept saying to bring it in for a more acurate quote, which I agree would be best, but he seemed to get fed up and said ""have a good day"" and hung up on me. I didn't get a name, but you can bet your ass it would be on here if I knew it! I hope the owners read these reviews and reconsider that person's employment, or at least his phone answering skills, (doesn't sound like the 1st time - see other reviews), and either get someone more patient on the phone or start answering themselves again like they used to. I'd had some work done on this car earlier this year with no problem, but if this is the way they now treat a phone call, I'd imagine that the service is getting to be like ReadyToBlow mentioned...so, I'm not going back!
