Ridiculously poor customer service - Daniel at P.A.W.S. made a reservation error today and did absolutely nothing but make excuses and put his error back on me. I heard, ""what do you expect trying to book on such short notice before a holiday week"" and ""I just brought home a new child today"" (well then maybe someone who is not half asleep at the wheel should be running the place). \r
\r
To be honest, if a place treats a potential paying customer this way, I am probably better off not having my dog stay here. It also became clear that not all customer's are treated equal...he mistook me for a returning customer and had space available on ""short notice"" without hesitation (he did not bother to dot his i's or cross his t's until after he confirmed the reservation). Upon learning his error, he called back to tell me that he did not have the space he had before because there is some elaborate screening process that can not be done in a week...is he for real? You can't screen my dog over 7 days because you are just too busy between now and then...right? Kind of like why you had space before and then all the sudden you don't. \r
\r
No way to treat a potential customer because you know what Daniel people have last minute plans come up and you would expect a business to try to amend for its error instead of making the potential customer feel like they are in the wrong for not calling P.A.W.S. sooner - no thanks Daniel, I deserve better and my dog certainly does too...\r
