Gordy, the owner, answered my call on the first ring and got my house on his calendar only 3 days after my call. he came over on time and he cleaned 6 rooms of carpet, my entry way 8x10 area rug, my slate tile bathroom floor and my dining room upholstered chairs, all in 90 minutes! he worked so fast and hard it was great to see someone really care so much about the final result. my carpets are 5 years old and hadn't been cleaned in a long time, at least 2 years, and he was able to get them looking like new again. add in the fact that i have a 2 and 5 year old and 2 cats (one of which urinated on the carpet in the kids playroom) Gordy got it all out and smelling clean again. all by using powerful steam cleaning and elbow grease! i would recommend him to anyone and i have! my neighbor's also got their house cleaned by him and loved it!
