Review content:
I have been at the restaurant for 3 years and Mass Carpet Care has been great. They have always provided great service to us, even when we scaled back our use of them.
We used to have them do our chairs as well, but now we have leather chairs, so they do our carpets only. Everything looks great. We are a higher-end restaurant, but even so there is a noticeable difference in cleanliness after they have finished.
I trust them, and they are accommodating. They operate under the hours we need. I like working with them, and they are easy to work with. I even had them do our home. I would highly recommend them.
