I have been wanting to do a whole house AV system installation for sometime now. I interviewed 4 different companies in the Austin area and decided on Kurtis and his group from AV Connection. It was the absolute best decision to make. Kurtis met with me for almost 4 hours for evaltion, then again for another 2 hours with me and my wife to go over our wants and needs, selections and upgrade potential. We scheduled a date to start the process and I knew by the end of the day that we had made the right decision when my wife stated that they were prompt, professional and meticulously cleaned up after their work (even though they were coming back in 12 hours to continue). They worked around our schedule to stay longer when we needed them to, and leave early when we needed and finished the final set-up on time and on budget. Even after the final check was written, Kurtis continued to meet with us to fine tune our system, answer our questions and fix any problems. I definitley recommend Kurtis and his team at AV Connect for any and all AV system designs and installation.
