I had been doing my comparison shopping with at least 4 other companies and came across this company with a listing of trusted Better Business Bureau providers. I decided to ask for a price quote in house to start to investigate how worthwhile it might be as well as find out the types of flooring available thru this company. I had wanted specific products for the additional insulation capabilities as my home is concrete slab built and was quite pleased to find they could comply and accomodate my wishes as not only did they carry what I wanted and liked, but it was to be less costly than a competitor in a local store who also was listed thru the BBB with the exact same products. That was a huge determining factor as price and product with the BBB rating were germaine to my final choice. I had two in-home consultations and still was not sure of what I preferred in the color selections and I asked to stop in their showroom in order to know I had seen all that they could offer, and within a short while, we had scheduled the work to be done... They were prompt, thorough, respectful, kept my home as organized as possible thru the carpet removal and flooring installation, being as meticulous as I was in placing furniture where I wanted, and being quite careful with the various irreplacable pottery and antiques I have collected. The cork flooring and laminate I had in part of my living areas was so beautiful that guests didn't believe the laminate was not quarry tile, nor had they ever expected that cork could look like a hardwood floor! The underlayment I chose also had cork, and I have also seen a decrease in my heating bill as the cork floor seems to "warm" up the space and make heating more efficient as well as help reduce noise and be soft to walk on compared to a hardwood floor. The carpet is wonderful and the warrenty will take me many many years down the road and I can't be happier and even keeping the floors and carpets clean is a breeze and a joy if you can believe you could like to do chores... I cannot say enough in a positive manner as to how the whole experience was to have them do this astounding professional job.
