DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE! Now I know why they are called Slum Lords of Rentals. They are horrible to get anything done. It can take a couple of weeks to get anything done. I was without a refrigerator for three weeks that worked and the one that they finally got me only worked not a hundred percent and was constantly running,. When I moved in, the yard work was not done; the house was filthy and high stunk of cat pee. I even had the same witness for when I moved come look at the place when I moved out. She stated it was a heck a lot cleaner when I moved out. My driveway was horrible. It needed dirt put on both sides (circular) really bad to the point of any kind of puddle stunk REALLY BAD. Kathy’s comment to that it is the dry season so it does not need to be put in until it starts raining. These people insisted on that when moving out that behind the refrigerator needs to be cleaned. When I got the refrigerator replaced the first time, it was filthy behind there. Now I did not even look behind the stove. I probably would cringe if it was in the same filthy mess that behind the refrigerator was. I hated to talk to Kathy since she always acted like she was better than anyone else and that you were always in the wrong with her. There are a lot of times it would be hard to get a hold of anyone in the office when something is needed. I would leave several messages and they would not call me back. I have been in the office and watched them ignore the phone when it is ringing in. Also I asked about walking through with her that same day I turned my keys in and she stated to me that she was too busy to walk the with me that evening; that she had other plans. She will go and walk through it tomorrow (the day after I turned my keys in). She would not tell me a time so I could go through the walk through with her.
