I've never been compelled to internet review before, but candyce deserves some public praise. i just had my first appt with her and am POSITIVE this is the best my eyebrows have ever looked. i'll be back again and again... i also have to recommend her for brazilians-- her ebullient nature set me at ease (KEY for any first-timers), and she's quick AND thorough, a priceless combination. bella skin is a find...
