Found after the gentlemen left, I was checking all the tile floors and in the hall bath there was urine all around the base of the toilet. (fresh). I know it wasn't there when he arrived because I was removing the rug from the bathroom floor. Also when I was setting up the appointment, I asked the representative if they could clean our shower door. She stated that i should ask the man when he got here. When I did ask him, he said he did not have what he needed to clean the shower door.
