This is our third house purchase, and never have we had an inspection like this one that Dan did! Not only does he do the routine inspection you would expect, but he inspects from the perspective of "the way it should be in a perfect world," which is a huge plus. He can point out deficiencies in insulation dating back to the original building (great for those of us who want the greenest house possible)to the smallest nail pop. Plus his written report is beyond thorough. Also, he is certified to include the pest inspection. Lastly, he is personally a pleasure to deal with. We are spoiled!
