My husband and I are really grateful to Dan Temple for doing our inspection. He detailed every feature and defect of the house with crystal-clear notes and photos. Ultimately he saved us from buying what turned out to be a pretty expensive fixer-upper. Although we couldn't find a place to 'meet in the middle' with those particular sellers, we will call Dan again the next time we negotiate on a house, and we'll recommend him to others.
