Dan arrived early for our inspection and did a professional and thorough inspection of our condo before purchase. Dan's inspection covered all aspects of the home, from electrical and plumbing to structural integrity, moisture control, and repair hints. The best part about Dan's inspection is the report he generates for you at the end: full color pictures of all parts of the inspection with organized, detailed summaries of all issues. We have used this report directly with contractors during the bidding process for repairs. I would highly recommend Dan as your next inspector.
