I went into the Lincolnshire location and was greeted with the warmest smile, offered coffee, tea or water. i was then taken into this beautiful nail room where i was given an awesome hand massage with a paraffin dip (for free i might add!) my stylist came to get me and brought me to her station. after a thorough hair consultation i was brought to a shampoo area where i was given the best scalp massage and shampoo. after my haircut was complete, i was walked up to the front and my stylist put some blush on my cheeks and gloss on my lips so i could go shopping afterwards. she asked me what products i would like to try and when i told her i was all stocked up, she gave me samples of what she would recommend. The front desk helped me schedule my next appointment and even gave me a card with a discount on a service that i had not tried yet. Everyone in the salon smiled at me and in my 45 minutes there i was asked if my tea could be warmed up! The Ritual staff is beyond accomodating and friendly. I cant wait to return. The customer service at Ritual is exceptional and i would recommend the salon to everyone. I love the Aveda product line too!
Pros: friendly, warm, professional and clean environment
Cons: i want to go there once a week to relax!!!
