Baycrest Animal Clinic

I am so glad I found this place to express how grateful I am to the staff of Bay Crest Animal clinic and their staff....in particular Dr. Morgan. I have two chow mix's Nadia and Sombra. Nadia was my first and I was not too knowledgeable about dogs...but Dr.Morgan and her staff were great enough to guide me thru the adventure....two years later I got Sombra and both have been kept in great hands with Baycrest...always clean, always friendly and the dogs love their visits...Highly recommended! more

This facility was recommended to me by a co-worker when I first started adopting pets 10 years go. I instead chose to go somewhere else for years. After moving closer to this location, my Weimeraner developed mass cell tumors and I went out of convenience and remembering my old co-workers recommendation, and I kick myself for not going years ago. The staff was very friendly, and even better, very loving with my pets. They get down and let my golden smother them with sloppy wet kisses. They are very fairly priced, and I trust Dr Morgan and her staff 100%. I have never experienced a cleanliness issue as the previous writer spoke of, every time I have gone it has been freshly mopped and I have never been in a dirty exam room. more

My experience at Baycrest was very unsatisfactory due to the lack of cleanliness at the facility. Pet hair, while expected to a certain degree, was not cleaned up regularly. In particular, the exam rooms were not thoroughly cleaned after each patient leaving hair, drool, etc on the floor. I consider my pet a part of the family and I insist that the cleanliness of HIS doctor be equal to the cleanliness of MY doctor. This place did not meet those requirements for me so I found another vet. more
