Chuck was our salesman that came to do an estimate for a couple of repairs to our roof. However, he was patient enough to give us an estimate on the entire roof and when we realized it was something we simply could not afford right this minute, he went on with his day and called us back about 7 that night and when I answered the phone, he said "Mrs. Doherty, it has been bugging me all day, but I think I have figured out a way that we can get that new roof on your house immediately. You need it before it falls in and we can't have that happening with your little boy in the house." I was sold. Anyone that would leave an estimate appt at noon and call you back with a real solution because it had "bugged him" all day is definitely worth your time and money. They finished our roof in 5 hours, there was hardly any mess and they showed up right on time! They even covered our roof with a tarp to keep the water out for the couple of weeks it took to get our appt because they were backed up from Hurricane Irene. I would recommend them to anyone! And they were recommended to us by an old friend too. Definitely did not disappoint.
