They worked hard and were done in a day. Had to come back and redo some of the shingles because they wore off the gravel reinstalling the siding but they came back on their own. Also had to come back to finish touching up the chimney mortar which should have been done the first time, and to finish painting the vent pipes. A week later the siding that had been removed to install flashing started coming off. I called it in and after 8 days with no response I called again. Took 4 more days but now the siding has been repaired. They did what they agreed to do for the price quoted and did come back and fix the siding, so I guess I really can't complain, but time will tell how good the job really is. No leaks from the rain we have had which is why I had the roof replaced in the first place. They did a good job of cleaning up and have followed through except for the delay on the siding, so I feel that at this point in time they do care about taking care of their customer.
