I saw Joe's truck around Chatsworth, which was initially what made me call Bugs A to Z. I liked the fact that he used organic and non-toxic products in handling bugs. I have been using them for the last year or 2 and have gotten to know Joe, who is personable and trustworthy.
We have 2 acres and a big mice problem. Joe handles our mice and ants, spraying quarterly. It is a constant battle because of the way our house is designed, with the mice being able to get into the attic. We have him come out once or twice a month.
It is not easy to access the area over our living room and use the pull-down ladder in the closet to access the main attic. It requires some extra effort, but Joe does it. He also is reasonable in terms of pricing, which I appreciate.
