Highly recommended, they do a great job 4/17/2012

Joe shows up on time, takes time to answer all of your questions, and does a thorough job at a great price. We've had him out for 2 jobs and for any pest issues we don't bother calling anyone else. We know it will be done right, quickly, and in a professional manner. I highly recommend Bugs A to Z. more

I want them to succeed and do well 4/16/2012

Bugs A To Z Pest Services, Inc. was here for termites, rats, spiders, and other bugs. The termites didn't pan out because they didn't have the person for it. For the rat thing, they couldn't find them and they told me to put poison and fix the sockets, which my handyman is taking care of now. Bugs A To A sprayed for spiders, but only on the outside. The ants got upset and went into the inside of the house, and it is as if it is overrun a little bit worse. I am waiting to hear from them to do their monthly follow-up, which is due right now. I want them to succeed and do well. I got their listing from a place that had them listed as a reputable company. more

Bugs A to Z has excellent service and fair pricing. 2/7/2012

After having a bad experience with another company I decided to call bugs a to z based on their positive yelp reviews. They were a hundred times better and restored my faith in the pest control business. They didn't try to oversell me on services and got me exactly what I needed. Their pricing was also much better than the other company. I'm really glad I found bugs a to z. more

I went on Yelp for reviews and Bugs A To Z was the highest rated. There were three business in total and this was the only company that called back straight away and scheduled a time to come by. They brought the gentleman by right away. There was a quick walkthrough for about 15 minutes and then he was off. At first I thought it was too quick, but they allow you to call back within 30 days if there are any problems. I will definitely take advantage of that offer. more

Extremely responsive! 1/27/2012

My experience with Bugs A To Z Pest Services, Inc. has been excellent. It's a smaller company, but that doesn't bother me when I'm looking for service. Joe is easy to talk to and to communicate with. He responds right away. We've worked together on exterminating issues together and he handled the problem quickly and efficiently. Plus, he had great follow-up which I really appreciated. Often times, companies won't check back with you to make sure things went as you'd hoped and planned for, so it's nice to find a good company that does just that. He's just a very good and quality person to work with. more

Professional and efficient, with good results. 8/16/2011

At this point my experience with Bugs A to Z has been very brief, but also very good. I own apartments, and the person who owns the apartments next door had used them, and recommended them to me. I hired them for quarterly pest prevention service, and so far the have performed one treatment. There have been no reported problems whatsoever since the treatment. They have all been taken care of. And Bugs A to Z not only serviced the apartments, but my residence, as well. They are very professional and efficient, very neat and clean. I am very happy with them. more

They solved my problem. 8/15/2011

When the house behind mine was emptied of 50 years of junk, I suddenly had a rat infestation problem. Anthony found ways the rats could enter my attic and crawl space, and he closed them off. He caught one rodent and left traps. I have not been bothered by rodents since. I can sleep soundly again, which is nice. Anthony was always patient with me, on time, very professional, and personable, too. Thank you. more

I would introduce him to my mother and recommend him to my Pastor. 2/21/2011

I called Joe on a Saturday after calling a dozen other exterminators who were either not available on the weekends or wanted an arm and a leg for an inspection. He came out the same day and inspected two rooms. He was very thorough and even helped me put the rooms back together! I can not say enough good things about him! He is knowledgeable, friendly, professional and HONEST!!! I would introduce him to my mother and recommend him to my Pastor. more

I greatly appreciate everything he did to rid the house of uninvited guests. He put me and my family at ease very quickly. He was efficient and didn't give up until the job was done. We will definitely call on him in the future!!! more

They are professional and do what they say. 12/1/2010

I've only been in the building for 4 months, and Bugs A to Z has been totally professional every time they have come. They are on time, and show up when they say they will. We don't have an insect problem because of them, so obviously they do a good job. I think they come about once a month. They do what they say, and when I call they answer the phone. I saw Joe's truck around Chatsworth, which was initially what made me call Bugs A to Z. I liked the fact that he used organic and non-toxic products in handling bugs. I have been using them for the last year or 2 and have gotten to know Joe, who is personable and trustworthy. We have 2 acres and a big mice problem. Joe handles our mice and ants, spraying quarterly. It is a constant battle because of the way our house is designed, with the mice being able to get into the attic. We have him come out once or twice a month. It is not easy to access the area over our living room and use the pull-down ladder in the closet to access the main attic. It requires some extra effort, but Joe does it. He also is reasonable in terms of pricing, which I appreciate. Laura McCormick more

From the time the man walked in, he was professional and kind. I was concerned about my child and animal, but he used a healthier product inside and a stronger one outside. And, we have been finding the remnants of dead bugs, so it is working so far. I am thrilled with Bugs A to Z. I hired them to come back quarterly. The technician was clean, neat, and respectful. I would recommend them to anyone, especially since I have a young child in my home. more
