Review content:
We had a rental property with a tremendous rat problem. Pacific Pest Control was very fastidious about coming in and following up to get rid of the rats. The rats haven't been back since, and they were a huge problem.
Craig came back and cleaned up in the attic, and he did a really good job. He had to take the insulation and the air ducts out because they were full of rats. He put more insulation back in, and another company came to put in new air ducts. The only thing I could say is that the company who put in the air ducts commented that we should have more insulation.
We have also used Pacific Pest Control at a couple of other properties, and they were very nice. Use them. They were very easy to talk to, and they follow up. They want to make everything right. I think Craig does a great job.
