Worst company ever. Every time I had a problem, which was every few years, I always got an argument with the owner on how they can't fix the problem with out sending someone out, which when they did, their repair people didn't know how to fix the problem, and then tried to charge me for it. When ""suposedly"" we had an alarm go off, they sent their car to investigate the first we heard about it, was when we got a bill. They said they had spoken with the cleaning service, but fact is, they never spoke to the cleaning service, they never checked on our location, but of course, tried to charge us for it. When we went with a different company, First Response would not give out the installer code for the new company to reprogarm, so again, we're waiting for another phone argument from the owner, Jesse, on why he refuses to give out the code. \r

Would not recommend to anyone who needs a security service! They're First Response vehicles are bogus.
