Review content:
The reason I will not recommend Snappy Electric is my contract situation. My understand was that I would pay the extra $149, and it would be a one-time thing for all the work they would come out and do. They told me that in order to do that, I would have to pay them to insure the work. I'm paying more money than a regular plumber who would do the work anyway. They gave me a rough quote, and I paid $198 for them to do an acid wash, and $98 was insurance. This was deceptive and I don't like being lied to.
The work was as good as anybody else's. They did a great job on what they did, but I'm not paying to insure their work. It's double the money. I won't use them again or recommend them.
