Review content:
Absolute horrible service. I called to see if they had a belt for my sewing machine and they said they had one, so I drove 20 miles to get the part only to be told they didn't have the correct belt for my machine. I was told they can order the part and ship it to my house so I don't have to drive all the way back to there store. A week went by and no belt, so I called the store and was told they were looking into it and would call me back when they had more info. 2 and a half weeks later I have yet to hear from them or receive my part. I ordered the part online and already received it before hearing anything from A-1 . I called to get a refund and she said she couldn't do a refund and that she had to talk to the owner for the refund. She took my number and said she would call back. I'm not sure ill get a phone call back.
