Review content:
Suburban Floor Covering sent two installers, and they had to go upstairs. I asked them to remove their shoes and one said he was required to wear his shoes for the job but he didn't bring shoe coverings so he tracked snow all over the house. The other installer took his shoes off and brought them upstairs in his hand which was just fine. Otherwise, they showed up on time and did the work efficiently to remove my dirty carpet.
