Suburban Floor Covering Inc were prompt in providing a quote! They came out to do a nice job with the measurements and let me know how much it would be, then followed up with me as far as scheduling an installation. They answered any questions I had about the product before things were actually put in, as well. The final result looks nice! more

Our home feels brand new 6/24/2013

Working with Dave of Suburban Floor Covering, who I already knew, made me feel very comfortable. I didn't go look around for prices because I knew I could trust him. He explained that all of their workers are hired through an extensive process and have been there a long time. They were all easy to communicate with and pleasant to have in my home. They replaced my carpeting and it looks wonderful-we just love it! It feels like a brand new home! more

Visible seam and poor customer service, no 60 guarantee 6/21/2013

They were happy to work with us and take our money, but when we had a problem with the seam they tried to fix it a few times then basically told us there was nothing else they could do, it was just the carpet. The installers were nice and tried hard it was the company that never returned a phone call when it didn't work, we had to call them multiple times over and over to get any where with them. So much for there 60 day guarantee:( more

Small company, great customer service 6/13/2013

I think the sales staff is very personable in interrelating to you as an individual. They have done carpeting in a master bedroom and hallway and it looks great! The installers were very nice as well! The carpet looks very finished, no seams showing, and I recommend them because as a smaller company they have a personal interest in you. more

Left some mess 6/10/2013

Beginning with my first contact to the retailer to the installer, Suburban Floor Covering was good. The carpet was laid down well and looks nice. The date for installation wasn't communicated very well and when the installers came out for the two day project, their was a sequence delaying the project. They made adjustments meaning more seeming, and as they worked on a second story hallway there were a lot of pieces that fell downstairs that were not being cleaned up. more

The flooring looks beautiful. 5/7/2013

We had linoleum floor put down in our kitchen. It looks beautiful and the product is wonderful. The only reason I gave them a 4 is because they were supposed to get back to me for something but they didn't. I had to contact them and remind them. more

Accommodating and professional 4/15/2013

Suburban Floor Covering did two sections on one floor-carpet and dura-ceramic tile on the other half. They were willing to work with me to move the furniture and come back a different day to do the rest of the work. They had two sets of workman who specialized in the different flooring materials which was great. They cleaned up their mess, were professional, and fast. Can't get much better than that. more

Suburban Floor Covering is just a really nice and accommodating company. They came promptly and did the measurements and when I came in to inquire about the status of the order they were very attentive to me as a customer. The installation was great-the guy came in and went right to work did a fine job and cleaned up after. Great, easy process. more

Quick turn around for the installation 3/18/2013

Suburban Floor Covering was able to turn the project around pretty quickly. They showed up on time and the process went smoothly. They installed luxury vinyl for our home and we are happy with it. more

Removed my dirty carpet 3/18/2013

Suburban Floor Covering sent two installers, and they had to go upstairs. I asked them to remove their shoes and one said he was required to wear his shoes for the job but he didn't bring shoe coverings so he tracked snow all over the house. The other installer took his shoes off and brought them upstairs in his hand which was just fine. Otherwise, they showed up on time and did the work efficiently to remove my dirty carpet. more

Good communication. 3/14/2013

We've used them a number of times to install carpet in various rooms in our house. In all cases they did a great job. I can't say I wasn always satisfied with the carpet but that was never their fault. They have good customer service and have always communicated well in terms of scheduling. I will use them again. more
