I have worked with Comfort Tech both as a customer and as a consultant. Its owner Harry Morgan, is among the best in the business, especially in the case of geothermal.
Harry is the EarthLinked Technologies preferred contact in the Northeastern United States for warranty work, complex troubleshooting, and difficult installations.
In addition to the tools and equipment normally used in the HVAC industry, Mr. Morgan maintains a full set of computer tools ranging from CAD software to ACCA accredited software for heating and cooling calculations (Manual J/Manual D). His skills and commitment to the proficient use of these tools alone sets him apart. Added to the other attributes mentioned, Comfort Tech is able to offer commercial and industrial levels of service to residential customers.
My experience with Comfort Tech shows that Mr. Morgan not only preaches competence, he practices it, and he is committed to ethics and honesty above all else.
I have worked with him on projects and relied on his judgment on projects whose HVAC cost exceeded $100K. I find him to be a competent practitioner and a reliable partner.
