Review content:
When I called Friday at 4:30 because my sweet dog was in end stage lymphoma distress (emergency), I was put on hold for 14 minutes. When the receptionist finally came back, and I explained the situation, she put me on hold again. We had been in the office a few days before and they knew it was a matter of time. I was told that ""Unfortunately, we close at 5"". Yeah, unfortunately. I have been taking my animals to Shraders for 17 years. But, when I really needed them, I was cruelly turned away. It was as if I was asking them to trim my dogs toenails! Brushed off. Unfortunately.\r The good news is Norwin Veterinary Hospital was there for me and Bebe. With compassion and caring.\r Do not go to Shraders if you love your animals. Because when you really need them, if it is 4:30 on Friday, you are out of luck.
