This is the place to go if you are looking to change your body and your life. I have done every type of workout regimen you can think of and have never felt like this. Patricia is a total pro who pushes you just beyond where you think you can go. She also happens to be a lovely human being. You will actually feel a little taller and stronger after your first session. Moving Strength gives you a total body workout and leaves you sore in all the right places. All the trainers are amazing -- hand-picked and trained by Patricia. If you are looking for real results, this is the place.
