Marvin was really great. He was on time, friendly and professional. He spent A LOT of time cleaning our outdoor AC units in the humid high temps. He even removed a dead animal from inside one of the units-- gross! He took care to explain everything he was doing and took time to make sure I understood the problems he found with our units. There was no pressure to complete repairs immediately, which I appreciated, as my husband was not home at the time. He made sure I understood everything before he left and wrote everything down for me so I could review needed repairs with my husband at a later time. I would definitely call Marvin out again to service our AC units and furnaces.
